Convert Wordpress pages to static html

I need the following pages converted to static html, with some minor css edits performed:

Edits:
A. Logo ; redesign logo to use fonts that better match the site. Change the colors used in the logo to match the colors on the site. A psd file is attached, but it does not have all the layers.
B. Thin Floating header ; Above the logo and nav menu, I would like a small floating header with a "Contact" link, a login field for returning customers, and a live chat button. colors used should match the web site, same rollovers, etc..
C. Set left and right padding, and adjust size, of the $159 and $199 package containers, so that there is 15 - 20px space between them.
D. Overstocked - Performance - Custom containers ; Notice how each category has its own icon. Use that icon to make custom bullets for the text in each box. Attention should be given to the alignment of the bullets and the text.

A. Dress up the server table list with some CSS so that it uses the same colors as the web site, and looks nicer.
B. FEATURES AVAILABLE WITH EVERY DEDICATED SERVER ; adjust the font size for the title line so that it is larger.. use a check mark bullet point.

A. Correct the padding between the accordions. See how there is double spacing between some? Remove the white space.
B. Correct the options / table CSS like similar to the previos page. It needs some CSS work and to use the same colors as the web site. This table will need radio buttons.
C. Replace the Next Step button at the bottom of the page. It needs to look and match the color of the site.
Must be able to start the project immediately. Project will go to the person that can complete the fastest.
