Pay Per download script required

*The script needs to be protected against hackers, proxy.

- upload section (the file size can be set by me)

- manage files section, with access to file mirrors

- profile - to set info, avatar

- chat for users ( can be set the minimum $ the user needs to earn/day to be able to see the chat)

*admin should be able to edit/change template

*should have a antiwirus in dashboards and download pages for all files

*admin should be able chose what type of files can be uploaded

*admin should be able to add pages like faq and tos and...

*should create a video like cleanfiles video for my site.

*admin should be able to send warnings to members

*must have a quick payout with fee and admin must can chose fee for it
