Pricing Wizard (New info added)

All of our bidders have been asking for more info so we are supplying the more detailed description of what we're looking for. Hopefully this will help :)

New Project Summary:

We are a writing service in the US. This means we write content like blogs, articles, etc for our clients to use on their sites. What we want to develop is a "pricing wizard" so people can figure out how much their content will cost without having to call us first.

We will lay out every slide exactly for you and how each button should react. Don't worry, we'll let you know all the details from the U/X side of things - we just aren't coders.

It could be flash or php if that's an issue. The point is for it to work easily and look pretty for clients.

For example, the first slide will ask:

"Are you an agency or a small business owner?"We'll have little definitions so the person know what qualifies as an agency and a small business owner.

Once they click on their answer the next slide will come up and ask them a question "What industry is your company in?" (or, if they clicked agency, which of the following best describes your clients, etc)

They click on their answer and the next slide comes in. There will be about 10 slides in all as there are some variety of slides based on their answers but every person will only answer 5-7 questions.

Then, at the end of the quiz they will get their price per word and they will have the option to either call us for an appt, send in their results or take the test again.

If they do want to submit their results, they can choose to submit a voice doc (we'll provide a fillable pdf) and fill out payment information (again, fillable pdf) for us to get started right away or simply have their information submitted so we will follow up in the next business day.

We would prefer this wizard to be a popup like a shadow box that we can simply link to with banners from our site. This isn't mandatory, just a preference.

Also, we'd like the actual wizard display to be 350-400 pixels across the top and 500-550 pixels along the side.
