Contemporary Website Facelift

I need a new website template done in dreamweaver so I can add content and continue to update it once done.

The current site is in progress but it still looks cheesy.

I want a contemporary look, a static header like I have but better looking... the mouse over bar contains all the pages I would need..

But with a BlackRed shades of gray color scheme, and have a technology feel to it

Its pretty simple I just dont have time to get real creative.

there is one spot that is important:

Fill in the form and look at the chat applet that apears I need to maintain that in that spot.... when you fill in the form use "Freelancer" as your name so our techs know you are not looking for tech support.

this page is a freset that has three fames..a headr a left frame that I can put infor about site in --- very important!

the left frame is embedding a link to a chat applet.

I need to gain users trust..they need to know it is secure and what is going on!
