If enough buyers buy, the website will charge the buyers, place an order with a supplier, and then send the gifts to the buyers.
Specifications

i) University section not required
ii) No up-sell feature
iii) Up to 4 payment methods.
iv) Design similar to simple blog page
Important Points
i) Responsive and dynamic, like [url removed, login to view]
ii) dynamically calculate the price of gifts dependent on factors such as quality, quantity, colour, etc… We will provide a spreadsheet giving values,
iii) have a coupon discount system and referral program
iv) Messaging
v) multi-language support
vi) have a help section
vii) allow users to track orders,
viii) allow users to login using Facebook, Google and Yahoo
ix) Have processes in the same order as in the website. For example users do not need to login to design a gift – they are asked to login afterwards
x) have a fully functional back-end where Client control the website, and can add or amend orders, etc
xi) The gift supplier will need to be given Client orders of gifts. The back-end needs to allow for client to send orders via email to the suppliers.
xii) Client is to provide all content.
