A simple website but with a bespoke Members Section details below, (mobile enabled) plus two separate but linked simple 5/6 page websites for a specific element of this project with information paging only (i.e. not commerce or customer interactive other than simple contact forms). But it will incorporate a 'Members' section/application that provides a simple & secure Cloud based online platform to facilitate the following:
Assessors/Lead Generators can logon to the platform, and set up an account by registering their personal details, basically any information that we require from them will be preset in a registration requirement
Once registered, the Assessors will be able to access their account with username and password at any time
The assessors simply use the platform to upload an specific documents with the accompanying CSV files per job.
We need a management control panel that will allow us to pull down whatever data fields we require, so we can filter data within any time periods, for single or multiple selection of recommended jobs from the management panel (effectively the agents may upload hundreds of jobs but we would select the ones we would take forward and only these would be tracked through to conclusion)
A separate form for each job would include the property address and customer contact details and a simple tick box for the types of work the job relates to (there are approx ten options). The Assessors will have the facility to upload and download documents relating to each job. The system would then track these jobs denoting them as accepted, rejected, or being progressed and then show them when installed and due for payment.
For all installed measures, you would then either cross reference manually the property address of the installed measure against a query search in the management panel, this will identify which assessor you pay the referral fee to.
There could be several hundred Assessors using this system daily, or every few days, but the volume needs to be scalable as this is virtually untested. It may only be a hand flu. It may not work and ultimately be redundant, or it could become the norm for hundreds of Assessors.
Separately we need two very simple 4/5 page websites that focus on a specific element of what we do and cross reference back to the man in site.
Time scale is now. We have three other web based projects to follow this so there is a genuine opportunity to do more work.
