I have already hired a freelancer and they improved this site a little bit. However, as you can see in attachments the site is not yet fast enough. I know part of it is because of image size but in the reports it also shows that [login to view URL] takes more than 2 seconds. So if you really can improve the speed to 100% or almost 100% apply please.
