Palm Desktop in Visual Basic 6(repost)

I need someone to make a program in Visual Basic 6 to function the same as the Palm Desktop (please see Palm Desktop software attached) with the following specs:
1) Should work with Windows XP and Windows 7.
2) Data saved on PC must be encrypted.
3) I only need the "Contacts" and "Tasks" functions of Palm Deskop.
4) You must have all functions of the Contacts and Tasks exactly function the same as in Palm Desktop software: Search, Print, Copy, Paste, Undo, Masking Records as Private, Import, Export, Export vCard, Import vCard, Print, etc. (see the Palm Desktop application attached and make all functions exactly the same).
5) Create a nice and colorful/modern looking user interface/screen.
