Actualizar Plugin para Wordpress

Se tiene un sitio web desarrollado en wordpress, al cual se le creo un plugin para el control de entrada y salida de los trabajadores, con chequeo satelital en cada registro del trabajador, Se requiere realizar una actualizacion del mismo donde se incluya la posibilidad de que el trabajador al hacer su entrada o salida del trabajo tenga como opcional el incluir las herramientas que va a utilizar o utilizo en el proyecto que se esta registrando. Este registro lo realizar de dos formas una escritay la otra de manera fotografica. Lo que registre de forma manual y las imagenes que tome con la camara de su movil, deben ser registradas en la tabla que se le indicara de la base de datos de wordpress, lo de la carga de imagenes en la base de datos se pueden recibir opiniones del programador que tome el trabajo, de igual manera al momento del registro de las herramientas debe enviar un correo automatico con las imagenes de las herramientas
