Our Wordpress (Multisite) System allows only registered users to add comments. For that we need a comment form with the following options
1) Text area for posting the comment
2) Radio button with two options
a) I'm an existing user
b) I'm a new user
If user selects existing user, a login form should appear with username & password fields
If he/she is a new user , a register form should appear with username, email, password and confirm password option
3) Submit button
(For new user, first register and then post comment; For existing user, login and post comment and all these actions should happen without leaving the page)
