Project was a plugin, created on client side requirement.plugin has following functionalities. 1) custom posts for creating n number of option forms. 2) customization options with nice interface for option creation as like google font selection, background imagee, list style image, custom buttons, template selection, headline text, description text, call to action text,bullet gallery, button gallery, custom backgrounds, feature image, privacy text and many more. 3) autoresponder integration like aweber, getresponse, mail chimp, constant contact, icontact. 4) all lead's graphical represention at dashboard. 5) graphical representation for each option. 6) preview for each option at creation or updation time.
