With 18 years of experience in engineering/ Design sectors, I am confident in my ability to deliver high-quality work and meet deadlines efficiently. I am Dinesh with experience in Autocad-related jobs since 2006. Previously based in Dubai (UAE), I spent almost 8 years there from 2006 to 2014. I advanced from a junior Autocad draftsperson to a drafting supervisor for a prefabricated housing manufacturing company. My tasks included managing workloads, assessing design drawings (conceptual drawings), checking and verifying final shop drawings and issuing drawings for production under tight deadlines. Subsequently, I departed Dubai due to my family issues and relocated to Nepal. In Nepal, I began working for an HVAC company where my role involved designing and drafting HVAC systems, specially for the small commercial buildings and firms. I worked there for a year. In 2015, a significant earthquake hit Nepal, halting many of my projects. Consequently, I left the company and joined another Japanese company here in Nepal where I am still employed. It is a subsidiary of a Japanese firm wholly owned by Japan. I oversee Autocad drafting and lead a team, tasked with creating shop drawings of steel components for different bridges in Japan. I work in accordance with Japanese standards and expertise, maintaining a high level of discipline and work environment. I aim to start a part-time job and convert it into a full-time position to establish a long-lasting and consistent relationship with an employer. I am also flexible with my schedule and can accommodate any project timelines or requirements. I can also manage a team of 4-5 drafting staffs as needed to handle your workload requirements. Given my extensive international experience , I am full confident in my ability to work effectively with any country and adhere to its standards to ensure complete satisfaction with your minimal guidance.
