Small health care facility is looking for SharePoint customization, for some features that disappeared when an upgrade was done. Currently running SharePoint 12.0. The following needs are in order of importance: (Please also see attached pictures) 1) Faxes for appointments need to be received and populated in SharePoint. I want to connect two of the cells between 2 Excel sheets, as well update both, if data has been entered in either of two cells. Cell A4 in Sheet 1. Cell B7 in Sheet 2. Suppose, if 100 is entered in cell A4 in Sheet 1, then B7 in Sheet 2 should be updated with 100. And if 80 is in cell B7 in Sheet 2, then cell A4 in sheet 1 should be 80 also. Hello, I Need to create a form that employee can use to make order. The form will be in excel. Some variables will be proposed by dropdown list. Would need a Microsoft form developed based on attached file. When using the form would need the ability to take photos or insert them from photo library. Would need form to use a QR code so when you scan it the form will populate and have email address it should route too. Will need the ability to send the responses from the forms as well as the pictures to others. If there is anyway to have the submission write to a list. The attachments save to each line item on the list but all of the pictures submitted save to a folder for that form. Hoping the form can be edited if needed.
