Coder needed to build PHP, MySQL, JavaScript/jQuery Ajax Online Dating web site. We are only wanting bids from HIGHLY EXPERIENCED coders who have already created dating sites before. Please submit URL samples of your work. The site should have sign up, email activation, log in/log out, user profiles, picture uploading, possible video uploading messaging, profile editing, social media interaction, and admin area to update, edit, view members, modify prices, set up payment options.. SPECIFICALLY THE SITE MUST HAVE A TIME BUILT IN WHERE PEOPLE CAN REGISTER AND SEND MESSAGES TO OTHERS BUT BE LIMITED TO 1 MESSAGE EVERY 10 MINUTES, UNLESS THEY UPGRADE TO A PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP.
