Code simple shortlist cookie system

I have a mini project for [login to view URL] Purpose: We are currently adding a shortlist function to the site and need some help. Project Spec: 1. See zip file for a simplified version of our cruise search results. 2. Notice that each search result includes a purple heart. 3. Clicking the heart should add that cruiseID (NCLSPI154_20151105) to a cookie array called 'cc_shortlist'. 4. We require jquery to dynamically update the top shorlist count. Clicking a purple heart will +1 and clicking again will -1. This count needs to read from the cookie array to count. Example can be found on this website [login to view URL] Each purple heart already has the following onclick which should work See line 26 for the current setShortList function. It requires much work. We are having trouble with the array and the dynamically updating count. Once complete I will then convert this into ASP and onto our website
