Classified Website Improvement

I am looking to have our classified website [login to view URL] (similar to [login to view URL]) to have all the bugs worked out of our website and make it more user friendly, and have a new layout for the site with flash on the homepage. We need a serious and gifted designer to take this website to the next level, to look at our project and suggest area for improvements and of course to have it done asap, since we are already behind in our deadline. Below you will find a description of what is needed on the website NEW IMPLEMENTATION Implement landing page improvements, allow users to bookmark there homepage for there area. Implement new website layout, which is very similar to the layout and color scheme of [login to view URL], with flash animation (our animation will be people of different races and ages flashing in and out every 7 seconds with our logo and company slogan “site for His community” Implement our logo, give it more visibility. Add new icons to the front of the site that all are in the same style. Add a listing counter to the listing on the site similar to [login to view URL] CHANGES On the home page change where it says [login to view URL] to online bible On the admin panel – reports link, on all reports links in the custom options add the query’s options to get reports by area and by age Improve/fix the paypal integration. I need a way to know when I receive an order, On the main menu where it says FAQ change that to Prayer request, and Praise Reports - on the prayer request page there need to be a link that says corporate prayer and the page should allow me to edit text via the admin panel When you logon in and click on my classified and click on pastor’s blog I need to be able to describe the service (that you get to upload pics, videos, and blogs) On the website people can upload images but I need to have all images to show up 200x200, also I need certain a size for thumbnail images, and one of the add areas are 600x75 Add tags that will get us list on search engines FIX In the admin panel on the categories – the ability to make changes to the categories packages is not working When members logon go to my classifieds and when the post a listing, this needs to be improved, right now it is very unorganized. Also when people click on billing summary from my classifieds it even after they paid it still show that they owe a balance, this needs to be fixed When people click on payment history nothing shows even after the paid for and add The ability to send listings to people is not working as well Overall the payment system needs to be a lot easier (similar to the paypal style on [login to view URL]) Thank You!!!!!
