Customizing Auctionworx

We are using auctionworx to create a realty / real estate website. We want someone who has worked on Auctionworx to customize few things specific to India. Current demo can be obtained at [login to view URL] Seller customizations - Seller should be able to upload his house documents. This is a new field (Customization) - Seller is charged a minimum amount via credit card for placing an item for selling ( this is to verify the authenticity of seller) Buyer Customizations: - Unlike actionworx, Buyer can view some details such as item details, partial address and images before bidding - Buyer can view the documents only after he signs up with his credit card for a minimum amount. This minimum amount is a field which can be set by the administrator (Customization) - Buyer can know the full address of the property after payment (Customization) Others: - Once the buyer bid has been accepted by seller he is connected via email with full contact details. Buyer credit card will be charged certain amount determined by a field (Customization). This can % of the bid amount - Seller at any point can cancel or withdraw from the auction. He will be charged certain amount based on a field (Customization)
