I have a list of 50,000 members in my sql 2005 database. Each member is refered to my site with a link. I capture the referering url/link into the members database into a column called referer. Currently I use [select * from Candidates WHERE referer IS NOT NULL]. This gives me a list of 6,200 records which contain a referer record. I would like someone to make a CLASSIC ASP script for me which counts all the refering url's like this..... (see attached example list of a few referers) [login to view URL] (99) [login to view URL] (50) [login to view URL] (21) [login to view URL] (15) [login to view URL] (10) [login to view URL] (9) [login to view URL] (7) OTHER (5200) The idea is: 1)Bring up a report which shows all the referring url's, with the higest referals at the top of the list. 2) We do not want to show any record that has only refered 1 candidate only (otherwise the list will be very long). If a refering url only appears once in the list it should be added to the OTHER total. I hope someone can do this for me and I hope its possible.
