expert systems utilization to evaluate intellactuall disable students' learning

I need a freelancer to assist me develop a research article. the research article is about: "describes how we could use expert systems to evaluate the intellectual disable students learning". in other words, nowadays expert systems are utilizing in education, such as in developing teaching apps, teaching and learning software. The article is almost 4000 words, which will be written in arabic language, and following strictly scientific writing guidelines. referencing style is APA 5 style, well formatted and planed. also freelancer must submit a copy of his\her resources along with his\ her article. resources are very important, and i will not accept work if the resources were submitted with the article. the work must be novel, free of plagiarism.
