Academic Writing

I have written a 47 page document in word, that needs to be changed, as a lot of it was taken from articles. It needs to be original, fully authenticated by copyscape, so i know you are not plagiarizing. It will require reference material, etc, at the end, It will be used for teaching purposes, and a test with 15 questions and answers, and the correct answer will describe why that is the correct answer. This will be required for each chapter, there are 6 altogether. The base of this course to provide the nurse manager critical thinking skills and how to manage safety on a unit. I am not attaching the material until I choose the right person. The end product will be in word. I am looking at 2 weeks for turnaround time. I am only asking for the first chapter, as I wish to see your writing skills in academia. thx Julia
