B2B Wholesale Ecommerce Backend

We require a Magento backend that will link to an accounting system and a CRM as well.

This system needs to allow our wholesale customers to generate an account and place their orders to us. Our customers need to be able to view a full pricelist (~50 products) where the pricing of our products will be adjusted weekly according to the a 5-day average of the current close rate (USD/AUD). Different customer groups need to have different price levels. Once a week the price list will be sent by email to each customer account. We need to be able to view and assign stock levels to our warehouses.

Once orders are placed there needs to be a system allowing us to confirm the order and then automatically generating and sending packing slips to our warehousing and shipping companies and generating and emailing tax invoices for our customer. Our customers can then view their current statements in their account. Along with this, we require the system to allow payments from our customers through a payment gateway. These payments will link to an accounting system to allow for financial records.

This system should link to a CRM system where our sales team can have a permanent record of customer details and communication history with our clients, preferably this system will link to our current Google setup and sync with Gmail and Google Contacts/Calendar.
