This website will help building managers to manage the expenses and income of the building. There will be building manager registration and authentication module. A building manager can manage more than one buildings. Each building may have different expenses and incomes. The building manager will present the building properties to the system. (number of flat, number of occupants, the info about heating system, the info about electricity and water. The expenses will calculate the expenses according to the energy system. each flat owner will have an account and will be able to see the monthly expenses for the building. Building manager can publish announcements on main login page.
