Hi I have a PDF format of a book i want converted into a MOBI format to sell on the Amazon marketplace. The book has front and back cover picture which i dont know if can be included. It need to have a table of contents as well if possible. Any advice on what can an cannot be done would be great This job is ready to go ASAP Thanks
