Android & iOS application

I need a developer to build mobile application for Android and iOS devices. If any developer is having the cross platform knowledge, you are more than welcome to bid at your best. Project : ---------- This is for a tech week, where selected technology devices will be participating on a voting competition. The voting is as simple as "Like" or "Not Like". Each week different aspect of those devices will be put on competition. E.g : Week 1 : Most innovative device for play-back Week 2 : Low cost device for play-back Week 3 : Portability for play-back Functionality : ------------------ Register user and Login user Gather voting UI design (sample layout will be provided) Plot different graphs based on gathered voting (graphs will be defined) Device profile PLEASE NOTE : YOU DON'T NEED TO WRITE ANY BUSINESS LOGIC FOR ANY OF THE FUNCTIONALITY. EVERYTHING HAS BEEN DEVELOPED IN WEBSERVICE. YOUR JOB IS TO HOOK WEBSERVICES API AT RELEVANT USER OPERATIONS ON MOBILE. E.g : If you want to save a particular vote from a particular user, I will provide a certain webservice, which needs to be called with relevant parameters as the user clicks on the vote button.
