COMPANY LOGO ANIMATION

Good Day ... we require a logo animation of a company logo to be used in our web and broadcasting television videos. we need two different versions of the same animation, one that last for 3 seconds, and other one that last for 5 seconds. we'll provide the original logo in a .jpg file so you have to start from there. we require the logo animated in a 1080p video with broadcasting quality ( black background , and other with chroma key background ), as well as the project in the original format you use to animate.
