Convert Static Logo to Animation - repost 2

Project is being re-posted because freelancer previously awarded isn't capable of delivering. The notified us after 6 days causing huge headache. This is urgent and hence I've doubled the price. Please do not bid if you do not have the expertise to deliver. Company logo is currently static which include how the elements of the logo should be animated. All artwork will be provided. Simply need to have it converter. Must be HTML 5 for iOS compatibility. NOTE: Designer of the logo is very specific as to how the logo should come "alive" on the website. Designer is also the owner of the site. Must be diligent and patient to work through the process to have the logo animated exactly how the designer wants it done. Time frame is 5 days but may be longer depending on how well designer's concept is carried out. Cannot be later than November 27th. Awarded freelancer must be willing to work on our preferred platforms, Podio and Box, for faster and more efficient collaboration/feedback/review. Access will be given once awarded. Freelancer.com isn't mobile friendly, hence, difficult to use this platform as we are mobile 95% of the time. Work will start immediately after award. NDA will be required.
