Animate backgrounds and some characterse / Animar fondos y personajes

[We speak spanish and english] Hello, We need a professional 2D animator experienced in After Effects. This kind of animation: [login to view URL] Requierements: - 2D animation of 35-45 illustrations. Each scene with a background and some of them with a character. ( like this: [login to view URL] ) - We provide each illustration in a Photoshop file, organized and layered for animation. (like this: [login to view URL] ) After effects files requierements: - Animations must be done in After Effects. Third party plugins are allowed (DUIK, etc.) - After effects files must be provided for final adjustments made by our team. - All files must respect our workflow: A photoshop file that, when modified, updates automatically the After Effects animation. The animation must always keep “working” (no duplicated files, or broken links…). Background 2D animations: Moving clouds, a bird in a tree... Very Simple looped animations. About 5-10 sec. each object looped in the scene, and 15 seconds to 1 minute each background.
