Animation of a developed character

I am looking for an animator - 3d or 2d - to animate a cartoon penis character. It's really simple. There is no story as such just 50 or so poses and situations. How you make an animation out of these is up to you. It can be something as simple as using Flash to make animation out of static cartoons rather than doing frame by frame drawing. Sound needs to be considered - nothing copyright - free stuff is good with sound effects. There's not much budget for this but it could be a bit of fun. It is to be very short - 30 secs or so - to be posted on youTube and maybe go viral - hopefully! (or banned would be good) if it's clever enough. It should attract attention, be well done, be clever and funny . The character is whimsical in nature and the animation should reflect that. The animation is to be used primarily on a website about male sexuality and health - so a sense of humour regarding male sexuality and penis's specifically is essential.
