Create an intro animation for YouTube videos

I have YouTube videos under "TheHollowGrind" (my website). I would like to create a quick intro animation to be played first. The animation should be as follows: 1. My round logo (HG on the inside, Hollow Grind on the outside) 2. The logo will act as a grinding wheel (like a wheel that is part of a knife grinder) 3. The HG will be stationary while the outer edge "Hollow Grind" will spin and be blurred. 4. The logo will move forward into a rectangle laying on its side and when it contacts the rectangle it will start to "grind" it into a curve with sparks and sound effects. 5. Once done grinding , the outer edge will spin down to show the Hollow Grind text with some smoke coming off the top. The whole point of the intro animation is to illustrate a grinding wheel putting a hollow ground edge on a piece of steel. We sell knives so the above is just a guide of what we'd like to see. We obviously want someone who can take some creative initiative. The intro sequence should be quick, less than 10 seconds.
