Browser Hijacker Virus Removal

Need a software to develop as soon as browser hijacker (Example: if you install adhoc toolbars like ASK Toolbar on browser, browser hijackings virus will occur) is identified in the browser app (mozilla or chrome or IE) then, our software should attack all the browser hijackings and clean or delete the browser hijacker (malware) viruses. You can use any technology to develop this software. There are lots of anti-virus or anti-malware tools in the market to achieve this job. But, we want to achieve this manually (on own) using any programming language/framework or any other way without using any built-in tool. Hope it is cleared, please let me know if any queries.
