Art website needed

I need a website to show and sell my paintings. The site should use php and mysql and MUST be search engine indexable. I will not pay upfront for any work. I have been ripped off from this site before and do not intend to let it happen again. I would like to see mockups first, then after the site is finished I will pay and then you can transfer the site to my server. If this is not an acceptable arrangement, then please do not bid.
