This is a very simple project and it will be fun!
We are all aware what we should do to become better human beings. But most of us do not do anything to improve ourselves.
What I want from you is to list down 1000 do-able Actions that will make someone a better human being.
Out of these 1000 actions,
a. 900 of these Actions need to be do-able in 1 day.
b. 100 of these Actions need to be do-able in 1 week.
Examples of 20 Actions doable in 1 day (next to each Action, I have mentioned the particular area where one will improve)
1. Today, Have a smile on your face
2. Today, Do a good deed without expecting anything in return (giving)
3. Today, Have 2 litres of water (health)
4. Today, Compliment someone for doing something good (encouragement)
5. Today, Write 5 things you are grateful for (gratitude)
6. Today, Wake up 1 hour earlier than you normally do (health/time management)
7. Today, Do not judge people (non-judgment)
8. Today, Do something good and do not take credit for it (giving)
9. Today, Do not get angry at anyone (anger management)
10. Today, Close your eyes and spend 5 minutes without thinking anything (mental health)
11. Today, Plant a seed / sapling (nature)
12. Today, Brush your teeth twice or thrice (hygiene)
13. Today, Before going to sleep, recollect your day backwards (memory)
14. Today, Do one thing that you have been procrastinating for more than 1 month (procrastination)
15. Today, Call (phone) someone you haven’t spoken to for more than 6 months (relationship)
16. Today, Get together with your spouse and look at your old wedding photographs/video (relationship)
17. Today, If you smoke 10 cigarettes a day, smoke just 7 (addiction)
18. Today, Do not wear your watch the entire day, and whenever you need to know the time, ask a stranger what time it is (get out of your comfort-zone)
19. Today, Do at least 10 mins of physical exercise (health)
20. Today, Write down 5 of your strong qualities (self-esteem)
Examples of 2 Actions doable in 1 week
* This week, plan an outing with a family member (relationships, family)
* This week, enroll on a part time course or day workshop to learn a new skill (intellectual)
I hope you get the idea. This is all about being creative and jotting down points that can be done by anyone.

1. Need 1000 Unique do-able Actions (900 + 100)
2. Actions should be self-explanatory
3. Bid on the project ONLY if you can have 5-10 people on this job. It is difficult for 1 person to come up with 1000 quality unique Actions. If you have a team of 10 people, you can easily ask each person to write 100 Actions each.
4. Make sure every one in your team understands my requirement.
5. Before I select you, I need around 15-20 Actions from you to make sure you have understood my requirements. Please PM me with your Actions.
6. Next to each Action, I want you to write the category/categories where that particular Action will fit in (Refer to my examples above)
7. Be creative.
8. Please bid only if you are serious about completing it on time.
9. More guidelines and specifics will be provided once the job is assigned to the right candidate

I understood your requirement. And yes I would love to do it. Because I m also a person who every day try to improve own self. We all change every day and it’s natural and constant. But we can improve this speed of improvement and turn it in positive mode. And I have people who will help me in this project.
