Blend and add details to images(repost)

We need a flash designer (no code required) to design some animated objects to be integrated in AS3 game. Here's the specifications. The designer may concern with the DECORATION part, while the DESCRIPTION part is for explanatory purposes only. The game will be 800 X 600, so all the backgrounds should be the same. All the objects, even those without animations, should be in swf file format built in AS3 and has 60 fps as a frame rate. Please use unique names for each movie clip. If there are animated movie clips inside, please give each one a unique name too with "stop()" command at the frame 1, so I can play them when I wish. We will need the *.fla (flash project files) too and any other resources we may need to recompile the flash projects.
