We run a small outbound call center using a PBX with Asterisk / Elastix.
We are looking for our sales manager to be able to easily review call times from the sales agents easily without having to manually do it within elastix each day.
We need a script that runs at 5pm daily that will email the sales manager either a Spreadsheet or pdf with the following information from each extension within the PBX.
Dialed Numbers
Total Call Time
Amount of calls over 4 minutes long (referred to as a completed pitch)
A typical report would show the following:
Extension 201 - John Smith - 267 numbers dialed, 2 hours 46 minutes call time, 17 pitches.
Please let me know if any clarification is needed, I am also open to suggestions or ideas if there is a better way to do this.
