Secondly, we have gone through your requirements and we can show you a demo of all the features noted down by you in pt. 2.
Which are as below:
2. Console -
a. I am looking for a console that can show all extensions on one screen or multiple pages...
c. also from this console they would need to be able to turn the phone on for local, long distance and international calling...
d. see any voice-mail on the extension (such as a flashing letter and ability to clear it)...
e. I need something that a front desk operator can set up automatic callbacks (reminder/wake up calls) with a prerecorded message as well as the guest can dial in to set it up themselves from their own extensions.
g. main screen should show all extensions with active calls (number calling display optional)
h. alert for any dropped calls, missed calls, off-line extensions and disconnect
i. option to turn on and off IVR
j. test button to send out a test call to check extensions
Points 2b and 2f need to be customized to your requirement, which we can do easily as we have the required domain knowledge.
