Audioediting/-cleaning an Video

Hey there, i just did a skype video-call and recored it. But somehow the audioquality is not satisfying at all. Somehow the gain of my voice is way to much, and i'm searching for someone, how can edit the audio of this skype-video-call. because i also want to offer this interview just as an mp3 to listen on ipod etc. i really need good audioquality. i hope somebody can clean the audio so much, that it sounds great, also when it gets listened through mp3-player. I attached an small sample (30 min of a 1:20 h clip), so you can check it. if needed, i can a send you the 2 splited movietracks, so you can edit the 2 voices one there own. Best thing would be, you send me a cleaned version of this sample back (you can cut the length. just want to hear, how it sounds), so i can get an idea of the quality and if it is good enough.
