I can create a mailer script on my VPS that will take in all the email addresses in your excel sheet, and submit individual emails to everyone in your list. I can also customize the 'From' header to make every email appear to be coming from an email address of your choosing to make it more official. The content your provide can be in HTML or plain text and recipients will see it as intended. For this I would use my VPS' SMTP server which is not blacklisted in any way and can guarantee delivery of all your emails. Additionally, to guarantee the delivery of your emails (and prevent blacklisting), the script will space out each message sent (to simulate human behavior), this will cause delivery time to be about 2 hours for the whole list.
