Bulk Email Marketer Needed to Send Out My Message

I am looking for a company who specializes in email marketing. I have a large list of opt-in leads but do not have the capabilities to effectively email them. I am looking to send out my email text-based message to these leads. The right company for this project will have current experience with bulk email and have the ability to get messages into the inbox (not spam folder). My list has also been seeded with emails to verify quality and that the work is actually getting done. Please ONLY bid if you have experience AND the software/hardware to do this. We will want to do a small test and depending on the results we will want to scale very, very quickly. Thank you
