We're looking for a talented business oriented minded freelancer, hard worker that would like to become a valuable member of our team. Looking for someone to manage a team and will handle mostly all of the business operations and processes. You’ll be working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Responsibilities: Responsible for the work of an entire team or division. Must create a budget and ensure that their department remains within it. Also act as liaisons between their department and upper management. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for Department head Review all service contracts and confirm whether document complies with our policies and standards (warranty, field service) Assist with checking the efficiency of other department’s asset use Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Must be Business Oriented 3-4 years of experience in Management and Financial. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Solid communication skills and Microsoft experience: Excel Power Point, Word, Access.
