My name is Rodolfo Martinez and I am with the Reimar Group, a boutique consulting firm in Canada. We can provide plans in English or Spanish. We have been doing business plans, strategic plans and business analysis for a long time. We have done over 50 of these in the last five years (estimate) and we have a proven methodology that gets results--our last two plans secured over $1,000,000 in funding between them. We can do at minimum 10 plans a month. We use the Census, internet research, industry specific sources-more common items such as MapPoint, Environics data and Scotts Business Directories. I run the firm with my wife Carmen. I am a project manager with a BA in Economics with experience in high tech, insurance, and green energy and my wife is a Management Accountant with expertise in Real estate, finance, retail, not for profit and social enterprise sectors.
