I have a great experience of handling data entry, order placing, shipment updating, tracking and invoicing. I have worked with drop-shipping companies, vendors and shipping companies. I have worked with a company where the orders were received from Amazon and were fulfilled by Quill and I was managing all the operations for them. 2. I am good at conflict resolution and complaint handling. I have been resolving the issues of returns and exchanges and refunds and have been communicating via email to deliver the best customer service and make customers happy. 3. I have experience of managing inventory and was always informing the director operations to take care of supplies going short. Similarly I was watching the items and categories not being sold for a while so I was coming up with suggestions to promote them or introduce a deal or discount on it. 4.
