Backup software (Client to FTP)

We are a small data backup service provider that is in need of an "Automated Backup Software client application". The program has to backup local files to an FTP server, with a very friendly user interface. We currently use a commercial branded version for our clients, but have to pay per license. We therefore want to have our own branded application that interacts with our FTP servers for automated backup of clients data. The example of what we want is a program called "Memeo" and you can download a copy of it from. [login to view URL] Obviously, we don't want to infringe on any copyrights, but the idea is solid with the application and user interface, file selection and destination options within the application.
