Convert 7Zip Command Line Interface into Self Contained DLL File

Using the latest available sources of 7zip (9.20), convert the command line module [login to view URL] into a stand alone DLL with function interfaces, callbacks, and error handling support; retaining the full capabilities present in [login to view URL] and exposing them inside a standard API usable from external programs without any external dependencies or modules. The code should run on Windows XP’s very first version and all newer 32 bit and 64 bit operating systems. The code should be 32 bit. If 64 bit file system redirection has been disabled in the calling thread of the host application using Windows APIs, this disabled state must also be preserved inside the new DLL so as to permit accessing files found on true 64 bit locations (ex: references to c:\windows\system32 should not be redirected to c:\windows\syswow64). All work should be done in Visual Studio using C++ and without any DLL dependencies.
