Custom NGINX module development

Buyer introduction The buyer is a Spanish website service provider currently looking for a custom nginx module solution. Currently the buyer is using PHP to implement the solution. Project description: This project is about building a custom NGNIX module which enables NGNIX to interact with a database (MySQL) and discount traffic from users. When serving a file each URL will have included a userID , a hash and the filename. Upon every 10Mb served nginx will have to connect to the DB and discount that traffic.
