Basic CSV\Tab delimited data processing tool - w/ examples

The purpose of this tool is to replace text within a tab delimited file by identifying matching text in a csv file. I’ve provided 2 example files. The first file [login to view URL] has a list of electronic transactions. The second file [login to view URL] has another list of transactions. The tools purpose is to simply match up the field “Item ID” in [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and copy the “Custom Label” field from [login to view URL] into [login to view URL] over the “Item Title” field. The resulting file is transactions – [login to view URL] All “Item Titles” that have not been replaced in [login to view URL] which have no “Item ID” match in [login to view URL] need to be grouped together (identical item IDs that have not been replaced should be handled in the background so the new title is applied to all “Item Titles” with the same “Item ID”) and displayed with the “Item ID” “Item Title” & “Net” (the price and item title). The “Item Title” field should be able to be modified. When updated and “save to file” button is selected, the new “Item Title” on the remaining transactions will be copied to the corresponding “Item Title” fields (based on “Item ID”) in [login to view URL] The files provided have had personal information of customers removed; all of these fields when the tool is used will contain data. So those columns must be ignored. There are also rows which contain no “Item ID” in [login to view URL], which should be ignored. It is very important that [login to view URL] remains unmodified except for the changes to the “Item Title” field. The order of the transactions cannot be changed. Also keep in mind the length of the “Item ID” field will cause scientific notation to be used unless the proper field type is used if you’re using excel libraries.
