Desktop emailer SMTP proxy support

I had made already and console aplication to send emails passing trough a proxy. Only i need to extend for accept multiple users, and for those limits that you describe. The project will be sent to you and you can change whatever you want, or re-sell it, i don't mind is yours, just i will still have rights to re-sell or implement in other projects.

Hi, I've worked on a similar project, except that it was doing the emailing from within a service and had to merge from a template using data from the mailing list instead of spintax.

Easy job so far I have understood. This project is similar to me. I have already done this kind of project in my professional track. That project was more enhanced like keep the tracking of sent emails, maintaining the states while sending bulk email so that the recipient does not get spam emails. It had web service facility also.
