Hello. I have several robots completed and can make a project for you. It's not clear for me: do you want to make the robot using the Arduino only? In that case, it may be very slow because the Arduino has a very poor performance to track a moving object. However, it's possible, for example, to to make a cart, caoable to recognize a large colored ball and point on it (or, for example, to kick it).
