Bayesian Machine Learning Project - Selection

I need somebody who can develop some machine learning algorithms for the software that I am planning to develop for structural health monitoring. For 2016, my budget will be around 120$/hour and total development time will be around 150 - 250 hours for the whole year. Selection procedure will be based on 2 assignments and in order to compensate the time that you spend for 2 assignments, I will send you 300$ per assignment if you can score more than 70 out of 100. Due of first assignment will be 11/12/2016. If you can score more than 70, I will give you the second assignment on 11/25/2016. Please let me know if you are interested. See the attached pdf and data.
