DBA needed to investigate performance issue - SQL Server -- 2

We urgently need a DBA to investigate performance issue on our server. Our SQL Server CPU goes to 100% after sometime we use the application. Doing a IIS reset helps for some time. But SQL server again becomes 100% in sometime. So we need some expert who can investigate using tools / profilers to indicate where exactly the issue is. This needs to be done today itself. If possible, NOW. Please apply if you are confident to help us resolve this issue. Thanks

Hi, for investigating performance issues I will use a lot of DMVs, investigate perfomance data warehouse, SQL profiler tool, SQL Server configuration, user DBs configurations, tempdb configuration. For debugging CPU use, I will use OS performance counters. Also I can use performance dashboard reports, and any other third part tool that can be installed in any machine.
