Develop DLL/Datapump Interface

You will need to write a DLL for Multicharts that communicates historical and real-time price, volume, indicator, and level 2 data to a .NET application through named pipes/memory mapped files. It will require the construction of an API for data request. We also want to be able to submit orders back through that API. You must have experience with asynchronous/multi-threaded applications, memory mapped files/named pipes for communications, interop/C++ DLL, and Multicharts (Tradestation). We'd like this API to work with Multicharts and Tradestation but there may be additional work if you can complete this successfully. Please note this project is for Multicharts which requires writing a DLL/wrapper. We are senior level experience developers here. If you bid please provide references/stories/examples of how your specific experience relates to this project. We will require all source code. Source code must be production ready with exception handling and performant.
